Meet the designer.

I’m Sarah Kleanthous. My journey in landscape design began at Capel Manor College, the UK’s leading environmental college, where I immersed myself in a world of plants and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. That foundation sparked a deep appreciation for how thoughtful design can shape not just a garden, but the way people live within it.

Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work on a captivating variety of projects — from expansive rural gardens to compact courtyards — each one offering its own rhythm, challenges, and opportunities. What has remained constant is our belief that the best gardens feel cohesive, personal, and made to be lived in.

After an incredible chapter in London, I returned home to the stunning Bay of Plenty with my family. London was where my passion for landscape design truly blossomed. Living in a city also reinforced something we’ve always felt: time spent outdoors matters. It supports our health and wellbeing, brings people together, and creates a sense of calm that’s hard to replicate anywhere else.

Now, I’m bringing that same energy and experience home. We collaborate with families to create unique gardens for entertaining and leisure, tailoring every design to the people who live there — and the way they want to feel in their outdoor space.

To make the process simple and enjoyable, we can handle the entire journey from concept through to delivery: design, implementation support, and project management. That means less stress, fewer moving parts, and a finished garden that feels considered from the very beginning.

If you’re dreaming of a garden that invites you outside more often, we’d love to help bring it to life.
